Professional socialization plays an important role in the training of highly qualified specialists in higher education. From a broad social point of view, professional socialization reflects on the one hand the process of professional formation and development of the individual, on the other hand the process of mastering social experience, values, norms of behavior that have the necessary importance in the social formation of the individual, in the future pedagogical activity.
