Abstract

This article outlines the main theoretical provisions related to politeness markers and their role in the sentence. In accordance with the rules of politeness, linguistic units in a given context can have influence depending on the speaker's intention. Taking into account the cultural norms of a defibite country, representatives of various linguistic cultures perceive and interpret various markers of politeness in various ways.
