Abstract
The growing adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has redefined organizational supply functions by improving procurement efficiency, transparency, and decision-making accuracy. This study examines the impact of ICT on the supply function of organizations, focusing on how technological capability influences procurement cycle time, supplier integration, and decision-making efficiency. A quantitative research design was adopted, targeting 150 respondents drawn from public and private organizations in Nigeria. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed with regression and correlation analyses. The results indicate that ICT capability significantly reduces procurement cycle time, enhances supplier integration, and improves decision accuracy. The study recommends that organizations strengthen ICT infrastructure, integrate suppliers through digital platforms, and invest in analytics to support data-driven procurement decisions.
