Abstract

The legal protection of labor management is a fundamental component of modern labor law, shaping the relationship between employers, employees, and state regulatory institutions. In contemporary societies, labor is not merely an economic category but a complex social institution that requires effective regulation to ensure fairness, safety, and stability in employment relations. As labor markets evolve due to globalization, technological advancements, and changing sociopolitical dynamics, the principles governing legal protection in labor management acquire increasing importance [1,2,3].
