Abstract
The research aims to analyze and understand the relationship between the independent variable (bossy behavior) with its dimensions (linguistic dominance and visual dominance) and the dependent variable (procrastination in the workplace) with its dimensions (cyber laziness, Soldering). The problem was represented by the following question (What is the relationship between bossy behavior and procrastination in the workplace?) The importance of the clear role in reducing procrastination in the workplace was clarified. The research sample consisted of (178) respondents from the employees of the Najaf Municipality Directorate, which numbered (311) employees. A questionnaire and statistical tools were used, including linear regression and correlation coefficient. A set of conclusions were obtained, including (the existence of a significant role for procrastination in the workplace in reducing procrastination in the workplace, meaning that the greater the awareness of procrastination in the workplace among employees in the Najaf Municipality Directorate, through the awareness of employees in the Najaf Municipality of the existence of bossy behavior, even if limited, is a seed for resisting it or Questioning the fairness of current practices, which pushes for a more equitable work environment where individual contributions are valued and personal dignity is respected, free from any bullying, and contributes to reducing procrastination. Recommendations included: (Clarifying tasks and objectives through linguistic dominance: The Directorate should focus on formulating job instructions and tasks in clear, direct, and unambiguous language. Using standardized, universally understandable terminology and ensuring employees understand what is required through periodic clarification sessions will reduce confusion and limit procrastination in starting and completing work.)
