This article examines the scientific, theoretical and methodological foundations of the organization of control and evaluation of its effectiveness in international companies. As a result of solving the theoretical and practical issues related to the topic, scientific and practical recommendations were developed on the organization of control and evaluation of its effectiveness in the joint enterprise of UZTEX TASHKENT LLC, which is the object of research.
