Abstract
The growing role of innovation activity imposes new requirements on the choice of the most effective mechanisms for using and evaluating the innovative potential, managing the innovative activity of an enterprise. The article explores approaches to determining the innovative potential of an enterprise, and proposes a model of an innovative enterprise.
