Abstract
This article examines the changes in the banking ecosystem under the influence of digitalization and financial technologies (FinTech), with a particular focus on the transformation of human capital. Key technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain, which are reshaping workflows and require new competencies from employees, are discussed. The article analyzes strategic partnerships with FinTech companies, changes in the organizational culture of banks, and the need to develop IT skills and innovation management to enhance competitiveness. Special attention is given to Uzbekistan’s experience in integrating digital technologies and formulating a strategy for human capital development in the context of digital transformation.
