Abstract

This article explores the stimulating role of wages in the construction industry. The research examines the primary forms of remuneration, the concepts of fair and decent wages, and how wages influence worker behavior within construction organizations. Addressing the knowledge gap in wage systems and labor motivation, the study aims to enhance the understanding of wage structures and their impact on labor potential. Using an analytical approach, the findings indicate that improving wage policies can significantly motivate workers, ultimately increasing labor efficiency. The study proposes practical measures to strengthen the role of wages in maximizing workforce potential.
