Abstract

This study investigates the enhancement of vocational education in the context of labor market transformation. With the rapid digitization and integration of artificial intelligence, the demand for skilled professionals has increased. Using systematic analysis and global best practices, this research identifies the needs of mid-level professionals and proposes a dual education model that combines theoretical and practical training. The findings aim to bridge the gap between education outputs and labor market demands, contributing to reduced youth unemployment and sustainable economic growth.
