Assessment of the Impact of Economic and Demographic Factors on the Financial Independence of Local Budgets

The article examines the specific aspects and theoretical foundations of the financial independence of local budgets. It systematizes the impact of the formation of financial policy and the scientific approaches of local and foreign scholars. A survey was conducted among the population, and based on this survey, attention was paid to assessing the financial independence of local budgets. Based on the research, scientific conclusions and proposals have been developed. In this case, scientific conclusions are based on the point of view of the unitary or federal form of the state.
