Abstract
This article highlights the issues of applying green innovations in the technology of organic food production. The characteristics of organic products, the concept of green technologies, their main directions, and advantages are thoroughly analyzed. The prospects for the implementation of these technologies and their economic efficiency in the context of Uzbekistan are also examined. The article serves to explore approaches aimed at forming an environmentally friendly, sustainable, and competitive food production system.
