Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive theoretical framework and comprehensive methodology for assessing the effectiveness of intellectual services in the higher education system. It also analyzes the specifics of intellectual services, including their intangible properties, the intensity of knowledge and its important role in scientific and scientific activities. The proposed methodology combines qualitative and quantitative assessment tools to measure service efficiency, effectiveness, and impact on educational outcomes. By applying this approach, higher education institutions can better understand the value created by intellectual services, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall institutional performance. The result of the study contributes to the development of assessment practices in the field of education management and emphasizes the need to make decisions aimed at improving the quality and competitiveness of higher education.
