Abstract
The research aims to diagnose the nature of the relationship between strategic ingenuity and its dimensions (opportunity exploration strategy, opportunity exploitation strategy, structural ingenuity) and organizational sustainability at Al-Huda University College, The research problem refers to the main question (What is the role of strategic ingenuity in achieving organizational sustainability at Al-Huda University College?) which was expressed through the main and sub-hypotheses, Therefore, the importance of the research is highlighted in an attempt to highlight several solutions that would address some of the problems facing organizations, especially educational ones. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, and the descriptive analytical method was employed as a research method, his was to investigate the opinions of the final sample of (44) samples from the staff of Al-Huda University College, which was represented by (teaching staff and department heads), and the sample community in the college amounted to (57) samples, as (57) questionnaires were distributed, of which (44) questionnaires were returned for statistical analysis, and the research reached a set of conclusions, most of which were consistent with the research hypotheses, including (clarity of interest by the researched college in strategic excellence in its dimensions and organizational sustainability), and this came as a result of the need of the college and its staff for organizational sustainability.
