Abstract
This article analyzes the main factors affecting the efficiency of postal and courier services and the indicators used to evaluate them. Increasing competitiveness, changing customer demand, and improving service provision based on digital technologies are among the pressing issues. The study analyzed key indicators such as service speed, delivery accuracy, cost efficiency, and responsiveness to customer needs, and examined their impact on efficiency based on statistical data. Also, it was conducted a comparative analysis of the experience of Uzbekistan and foreign countries, and recommendations were developed to increase the competitiveness of national postal services.
