Abstract
This paper explores the theoretical foundations and practical applications of systematic analysis in improving export efficiency, with a particular focus on the Khorezm region. The concept of systematic analysis is examined as a comprehensive approach that enables researchers and policymakers to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats affecting regional exports. In this study, special attention is given to the use of SWOT and TOWS matrices as effective tools for identifying internal and external factors that influence export performance. By applying these analytical methods, the paper highlights the key challenges faced by the Khorezm region, such as limited product diversification and logistical constraints, while also emphasizing opportunities for growth, including access to new markets and government support programs. The results of this research demonstrate that systematic analysis not only provides a structured framework for understanding export dynamics but also offers practical insights for formulating strategies to enhance regional competitiveness.
