These processes facilitate the compatibility of educational curricula with international parameters, the integration of modern pedagogical technologies, and the acquisition of global competencies by students in the context of globalization and digitalization. The research is theoretical and empirical, relying on qualitative comparative analysis; therefore, as a system approach, carrying out the integration process, integrating these approaches in differentiated analysis of learning outcomes. The results show that integration increases the alignment of study programs with market objectives, increases interdisciplinary collaboration, and promotes digital fluidity in education. All these efforts of integration enhances the both quality of education and employment outcome of graduates. When the education system has to advance a step further, the results indicate that there needs to be an increase in international educational cooperation, digital technologies, and public-private partnerships within it. It is claimed by the this study that the process of integration needs to be deepened for making the education system more agreeable to what the world needs, as a result of which making the workforce competitive in the globalising world where education is highly mobile.
