Abstract

The article provides analytical information on the importance of creating a mentoring system in the training of managerial personnel in state organizations, prospects for its implementation, problems in this area, and their solutions. Practical mechanisms for modern and effective management in the state civil service through the creation of national mentoring programs, proposals and recommendations for using software resources, including online platforms, have been interpreted.
