Abstract

The dimensions of e-marketing (EM) (Email Marketing (EM), Telemarketing, Use Digital Tools (TUD) are based on the dimensions of Competitive Advantage (CA) (Lower Cost and Less Time).Organizations are constantly working to improve and develop their products to enter the world of competitive markets.  However, organizations continue to work to improve performance and continually increase their market value to compete with other productive companies, benefiting from the literature related to this study.The target sample was (214) people in Al-Jadriya Mall in Baghdad. A total of (210) people were available, and SPSS statistical analysis was used to determine the results for the sample.
