Abstract

This article provides data on the effects of application of biopreparations in the conditionsof typical sierozem soils of Tashkent region on seed germination and development of peanut varieties. Theanalysis of data on seed germination revealed that the average germination rate in the control variety"Kibray-4" was 95.9%, and in the variety "Leader" - 97.9%. Germination in the Lider variety was 2.0%higher than in the Kibray-4 variety. In the laboratory, the germination of seeds of peanut varieties "Kibray4"
and "Lider" was 98.5% and 99.3%, respectively, in the variants using the biopreparation"Mikroo’stirgich". It was noted that the variant used in the biopreparation "Mikroo’stirgich" has a positiveeffect on the germination rate and germination rate of seeds. It was noted that the germination of seeds inthe "Lider" variety was 0.8% higher than in the "Kibray-4" variety. In the variants used in thebiopreparation "Mikroo’stirgich", the duration of the ripening period was reduced by 5-7 days comparedto the control variant, and the duration of the vegetation period was 141-137 days. A comparative analysisof local peanut varieties revealed that the development period of Lider variety is 9-11 days longer than thatof Kibray-4.
