Abstract
The research aimed to identify the relationship between digital transformation, with its dimensions of technological infrastructure, legislation, policies, digital skills, and the availability of necessary funding, and intellectual capital, with its dimensions of human capital, organizational capital, and relationship capital. The deductive correlational approach was adopted, and the study population was a group of employees of Imam Al-Kadhim College (peace be upon him). The researcher used a questionnaire design for both research variables, which included (11) items, to collect primary information from the research sample consisting of (30) employees. In light of this, the data were collected, analyzed, and the hypotheses were tested using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. The researcher distributed (30) questionnaires to a sample of employees of Imam Al-Kadhim College (peace be upon him) in the registration department. Several statistical methods were used to achieve the research objectives, the most important of which was the use of the arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The research reached a number of results, the most prominent of which is that the success of digital management in the college depends on maximizing the intellectual capital in the college through the level of organizational culture that supports learning and innovation for professors, employees, and students.
