Effectiveness of the Direct Cash Assistance Program for the Impact of Rising Fuel Prices in Banua Rantau Village, Banua Lawas District, Tabalong Regency

Direct cash assistance (BLT BBM) is cash assistance to poor families in villages to reduce the impact of the increase in oil. There are several problems, namely the lack of socialization, the lack of precise targeting of BLT beneficiaries, the implementation of the BLT program has not been timely. Based on the above, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of the BLT BBM program, the factors that hinder the effectiveness of the BLT program and the efforts made to increase the effectiveness of the BLT BBM program in Banua Rantau Village, Banua Lawas District. Research in Banua Rantau Village, Banua Lawas District, Tabalong Regency. The method used is a qualitative approach with the type used is descriptive, namely the type of research that aims to provide a clear picture of the object under study. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Source of data obtained from 12 informants. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed using techniques foundation data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the direct cash assistance program (BLT BBM) in Banua Rantau Village, Banua Lawas District, Tabalong Regency is not running effective, in accordance with the five dimensions of effectiveness, namely: Program Success, Target Success, Satisfaction with the Program, Input and Output Levels, Achievement of Overall Goals, . However, there are still factors that hinder the effectiveness of the direct cash assistance program (BLT BBM), including: The lack of socialization regarding BLT BBM, the distribution of the BLT BBM program is still not on target, the time for distribution is not clear. The efforts made to increase the effectiveness of the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT BBM) program in Banua Rantau are increasing socialization, increasing surveys and data collection, increasing the effectiveness of time and increasing supervision of officers. In increasing the effectiveness of the program (BLT BBM), in Banua Rantau, Banua Lawas District, it is hoped that the village government can make efforts to implement the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program so that it runs clearly and on target, so that it is more thorough in carrying out data collection (BLT BBM).
