The Phenomenon of «Foreign Non-Governmental Organization» in the Current International Processes

The article attempts to distinguish among the concepts of national, international and foreign NGOs. Taking into account the scientific research of scholars and the analysis of the legislative bases of individual states, the author believes that it is necessary to consider the concept of foreign NGO as a separate category. Along with this, the positive and negative aspects of the activities of foreign NGO were studied.
