Abstract
Qualitative and quantitative education can only be achieved through adequate provisions and management of school plants. School plants management has been an issue of worry for decades at all levels of Nigerian educational system, particularly in public schools. Government alone cannot carter for the provisions and management of school plants but, needs the support of the private sector and well-meaning individuals to collectively shoulder the responsibilities of school plant provision and management. It is against this background that the paper examines perspectives on school plants management and Nigerian educational system, challenges and the way forward.
