Abstract

The article considers the essence of the concept of efficiency, various methodological approaches to the problem of determining efficiency in the service sector, the description of indicators of the effectiveness of the activity of the enterprise, the description of the main criteria and indicators for determining socio-economic efficiency in the service sector.
