Uzbekistan Agriculture in the First Years of the Second World War (On the Example of the Fergana Valley Regions)

This article examines the general state of agriculture in Uzbekistan in the first years of World War II - 1941-1942 on the example of the Fergana Valley. Over the years, concrete examples have been given of the adaptation of the Fergana Valley to the needs of agriculture, the expansion of new arable lands in the country and the increase in grain, vegetable and melon crops due to the reduction of cotton fields.
