Abstrak

The article discusses the meaning, essence and legal issues of applying the principles of mediation. The classification of systematization of the principles of mediation is given, defining their interrelation and interdependence. It is concluded that the content of the principles of mediation are multidimensional and affect both the organizational and the procedure for conducting the mediation procedure.
