Legal Issues of the Concept of “Corporate Disputes” Under Procedural Legislation: Theory and Practice

The article deals with the issues of the concept of "corporate disputes", the signs and objectives of corporate activities, material and procedural differences in the subjective composition of corporate relations. Analyzed national and foreign legislation on the value of corporate disputes. It is concluded that the legal definition of the concept of corporate disputes is wider in terms of its content than the legal definition of the concept of corporate relations.
