Abstrak
Nowadays, most tourists who plan their trip independently do this through online travel agencies. Before booking a hotel or other accommodation for a trip, they take a look to online reviews about them. However, very little is known about the impact of these reviews on hotel activities, so the management of online reviews in the hospitality industry is being overlooked by many subjects. This article examines the impact of comments left on the TripAdvisor website on the reputation of hotels and other accommodation facilities.
