Improving the Participation of the Investigator in the Criminal Process

In this article, the role and special powers of the investigator in the criminal process, procedural functions and his specific activities are reflected. In addition, the activities of the bodies in the preliminary investigation, the issues of legality of the investigator at the preliminary investigation stage, the issues of ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as the responsibility for the correct application of the law to each person who committed a crime, as well as the issues of relevance to the investigation, some problems in practice were analyzed, and suggestions and recommendations were made in this regard.
