Positive Effect of Human Capital on Society Development

The positive impact of human capital on the development of society is primarily the result of the quality of the education system, as well as the interaction of personnel policy. This article presents a positive analysis of the countries of the world in terms of human capital. Research shows that differences in the level of human capital account for differences in GDP per capita between countries. Therefore, it is philosophically analyzed that the formation of this difference is the attention given to education.
