Abstrak

This article describes the meaning of intellectual-creative competence, its definition in dictionaries, and the social significance of the formation of future personnel. In the implementation of this task, it is appropriate to analyze the intellectual-creative competence in a separate form and to analyze the functions and capabilities of it in harmony.
