Abstract

The article analyzes the main characteristics of justice in a cultural and legal axiological format. It is noted that the idea of justice as a socio-cultural phenomenon is formulated in the form of values and norms that have the function of organizing social reality. The socio-legal and moral aspects of justice are characterized, and ideas about justice are generalized.
