Hydraulics of Tubular Lattice Discs with Reduced Energy Intensity

The article presents the results of the analysis of ball trays with a fixed and moving stabilizer, coarsely perforated trays, turbo-lattice trays, both with cross and parallel arrangement of pipes (rods) of various diameters, and compares them. At the same time, it was theoretically established that the energy of spherical plates is 2.66 times greater than that of perforated ones. But in reality it is 1.8 - 1.9 times more. For a turbo-lattice tray, the mass transfer coefficient is 2.75 times higher than for ball trays.
