Abstrak
This article analyzes the role of the marketing strategy in the company's activity, ways to improve the marketing strategy of the production company. The current state of the kalava yarn production market, the company's current marketing strategy and proposals for their development are studied. The article provides recommendations on increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise based on modern approaches and strategies in the field of marketing.
