Abstract
The article analyzes scientific literature pertaining to the development of professional competence in students' personality self-organization. The research aims to examine the nuances of the process involved in shaping professional competence related to the self-organization of Master`s students' personalities. To achieve this objective, the study employs the methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison, observation, and generalization. The research was conducted at NpJSC "Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University" and focused on Master`s students pursuing scientific and pedagogical profiles. The investigation determined that upon successful completion of the process of cultivating professional skills related to the self-organization of Master`s students` personalities, particularly those destined for future teaching roles, a comprehensive set of principles is developed. These principles enable them to undertake both psychological and pedagogical activities, as well as organizational and pedagogical responsibilities. The key components of pedagogical reflection, professional competence, and self-governance, along with criteria such as goals-motivational, content, operational-activity, and analytical criteria, have been identified. These criteria serve as metrics for evaluating the existing level of professional competence, specifically the skills of self-organization in Master`s students. Additionally, three levels (low, medium, and high) have been delineated to characterize the degree of adherence to these criteria by future teachers. The results obtained from the study indicate that the process of enhancing professional competence in the self-organization of future teachers contributes to an elevation in their professional and creative activities within the educational and professional domains. This is reflected in improved academic performance, enhanced self-control, and the development of crucial personal qualities such as discipline and responsibility.
