Development and Improvement of the Effectiveness of Public Utilities

In this article, the author analyzed the current directions for developing and improving the efficiency of Public utilities. The main factors influencing the efficiency of the Public utilities system, such as the state of infrastructure, digitalization of management, financial stability, private sector participation, and public satisfaction, were studied in an integrated manner. He also gave suggestions and recommendations for the development of Public utilities. The results of the article serve as a basis for modernizing the public utilities system in practice and ensuring long-term sustainable development.
