Abstrak

In the article, the author presents the main economic factors, analyses, results and considerations of corporate finance, and also selects an analysis of the company's financial results. Currently, the process of global redistribution of capital flows is favouring markets that promote the Sustainable Development Goals. In corporate strategies, market agents analyse and evaluate factors related to environmental responsibility, social responsibility, and appropriate corporate governance quality. This approach is dedicated to value-based assessment and management technology, taking into account environmental, social and corporate governance factors alongside the economic factors of corporate activity to create sustainable corporate value. The analysis of corporate finance expands the processes associated with the formation, distribution and use of a company's financial resources. Such analysis helps management to make decisions, optimise cash flows and minimise risks. The authors present a system for accounting for the effectiveness of financial relations and corporate finance indicators. The tools of this system are based on the study of controlled and uncontrolled conditions in corporate activities. Multidisciplinary integrated enterprises will have good opportunities to increase production volumes, stabilize the financial and economic situation, consolidate existing competitive advantages by combining financial resources, carry out complex R&D, and competitors will have good opportunities for extensive marketing research of their markets. Using the author's modern approach, they ensure direct and indirect optimization of their activities and economic efficiency, which determines their financial performance, as well as the analysis of corporate financial results.
