Abstract

This article comprehensively analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical aspects of the introduction and effective use of a bank of innovative ideas in regions and economic sectors. The bank of innovative ideas is considered as an important element of modern innovative infrastructure, and its role in regional development, inter-sectoral integration and increasing competitiveness is substantiated. In the research process, the stages of formation, selection, evaluation, financing and commercialization of innovative ideas were studied based on a systematic approach. The article pays special attention to the institutional mechanisms of organizing a bank of ideas, the possibilities of management through digital platforms, and the issues of supporting innovative initiatives on the basis of public-private partnerships. Also, the organizational, legal, financial and management factors of the introduction of a bank of innovative ideas are analyzed, taking into account the specific characteristics of regions and economic sectors. A comparative analysis is conducted with foreign experience and best practices, and the possibilities of adapting them to national conditions are highlighted. According to the results of the study, it is substantiated that the effective implementation of a bank of innovative ideas will serve to increase the innovative potential of regions, accelerate technological innovation in economic sectors, create new jobs, and increase the share of products and services with high added value. The article develops practical proposals and recommendations for the development of a bank of innovative ideas, which are of practical importance for territorial government bodies, economic sectors, and organizations engaged in innovative activities.
