Abstract
This article covers the concept of population migration, its socio-economic problems, political, legal and global problems in the world and in Uzbekistan in the context of a pandemic of poverty. It also contains a logical opinion about the parameters of poverty eradication, employment provision, entrepreneurship and economic development.
