Abstract
This article analyzes the role and importance of cognitive processes in the process of learning English. Cognitive science studies brain activity in language learning, processes such as memory and attention. Cognitive processes in learning English are important in acquiring new vocabulary and grammatical rules. This study reveals the possibilities of improving the effectiveness of the language learning process and developing effective strategies for teachers and students. The study of the relationship between cognitive processes and language learning will help to apply innovative approaches in language education.
