Improving Management Efficiency in the Electric Power Industry

This article discusses the existing problems in the electric power sector of the Republic, ways to address them, the dynamics of internal demand for energy resources expected in the economic development of the sector, and the specific energy intensity levels in the industry. It examines reducing energy consumption in the economy, the role of the energy sector in the country's socio-economic development as a key task of energy policy, and the forecast dynamics of electricity production and consumption for the coming years. Proposals and recommendations for the development of the energy sector are provided.
