Abstract
In today’s dynamic corporate environment, Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a pivotal role in shaping organizational performance and long-term sustainability. This paper investigates the strategic and operational innovations implemented within HRM frameworks across contemporary enterprises. Employing a qualitative research design, the study draws upon case analyses of three prominent companies in Uzbekistan, supplemented by expert interviews and a review of internal organizational documents. The analysis reveals that the incorporation of strategic HR practices—such as analytics-based decision-making, digitized talent management systems, and structured employee engagement programs—has led to enhanced workforce efficiency and stronger alignment between human capital and business objectives. The study concludes that strategically integrated HR innovations not only contribute to competitive advantage but also reinforce organizational adaptability and resilience in a shifting economic landscape.
