Abstract

In the era of digital transformation and intensified market competition, the sustainable development and efficiency of service sector enterprises are increasingly determined by the effectiveness of innovative approaches in human resource management. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of modern HR innovations on improving the organisational and economic performance of service enterprises. The article focuses on the implementation of digital technologies in HR processes, the application of data analytics in decision-making, and the development of flexible motivation and competency-based management systems.
The study concludes that innovative HR management constitutes a strategic factor in strengthening competitiveness and ensuring sustainable growth of service sector enterprises. The integration of technological advancements with human-oriented management practices forms the basis for an adaptive, knowledge-driven organisational culture that supports continuous improvement and efficiency enhancement.
