Issues of Improving Development Strategy in Commercial Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In the article, the author focuses on the role of strategic development, strategic planning, strategic management strategy development, implementation and procedure in commercial banks. Moreover, the methods used in the process of strategic planning were studied, based on them, analyzes were carried out on the example of some acquired banks of our country, and their development strategies were compared. Proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the development strategy of commercial banks have been developed based on the studies.
