Abstract

However, these changes are related not only with sectoral change but also with changing institutions, innovation processes, and demand structure. Structural transformation is directly related to market position, financial and economic performance, and management efficiency in the context of industrial enterprises. While existing approaches highlight technological modernization, institutional reform, and diversification, their practical implementation entails a systematic diagnosis of internal and external determinants that affect enterprise performance. Although much has already been written in theoretical terms complementary to structural change, and yesterday we heard much about micro-economic adjustment, what I am saying is that in face of the necessity of market assessment the necessity of financial diagnostics and the necessity of management evaluation does not all come together in any acceptable mechanism to move structural reform from the theoretical to the enterprise level. Then, the paper develops theoretical and methodological foundation of a structural changes in industrial enterprises associated with the implementation of market analysis, financial stability of the enterprise, management quality as an enterprise administrative capacity. Research systematizes external and internal environmental factors market position masters; financial modes of operations influence, substantiate the criteria of diagnostics of market position, financial conditions, managerial effectiveness, and develop a ground for economic disintegration, the structural transformation priorities, including property reform, production modernization, and economic strategic planning.
