Abstract

Currently, advanced construction management methods offer the prospect of direct control over project construction schedules. The use of these opportunities is linked to the improvement of scheduling systems in construction organizations. Empirical studies show that the deadlines specified in tender documentation differ significantly from the construction deadlines determined by current construction schedules and project management methods. The reason for this can be explained, first of all, by the failure to comply with the recognized approach to calculating construction deadlines. This article uses the example of the construction company Comfort House Invest LLC to demonstrate the possibilities of managing project construction deadlines.
