Abstract
This article systematically analyzes the effective mechanisms for developing ecological entrepreneurship in international practice and assesses the possibilities of adapting them to the conditions of the Uzbek economy on a scientific basis. Within the framework of the study, the practical effectiveness of the “green economy” instruments used in the European Union, the USA, South Korea and Japan, including environmental taxes, subsidies, preferential lending, “green public procurement”, waste recycling clusters and public-private partnership mechanisms, was studied. Also, the role of these mechanisms in increasing investment attractiveness, introducing resource-saving technologies and ensuring environmental safety was analyzed based on economic indicators. As a result of the study, the need for institutional reforms, financial incentives and improving the regulatory framework for the development of ecological entrepreneurship in the conditions of Uzbekistan was substantiated. The proposed adaptation model serves to harmonize sustainable economic growth and environmental protection.
