Abstract
The service sector plays a leading role in the modern economy, contributing significantly to gross domestic product and ensuring population employment. This article provides a systematic analysis of the organizational mechanisms aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the service sector. Special attention is given to management structure efficiency, the development of public-private partnership mechanisms, digitalization of infrastructure, resource utilization models, and human capital–based approaches. The author substantiates the need for institutional reforms to ensure the comprehensive development of the service sector. The proposed recommendations aim to increase the sector’s competitiveness, expand the volume and quality of services, promote sustainable employment, and accelerate economic growth.
