Factors for Increasing Management Efficiency in Higher Education Institutions in the Context of Globalization

This article analyzes the main factors affecting the effectiveness of management in higher education institutions in the context of globalization processes from a scientific, theoretical and practical perspective. Currently, the rapid changes taking place in the global education system, the intensification of international competition, the widespread introduction of innovative technologies and the development of the educational services market make the improvement of the management system of higher education institutions a pressing issue. In this regard, the article extensively highlights the importance of such factors as strategic management, digital transformation, human capital development, support for innovative activities, quality control of education and expansion of international cooperation in increasing the effectiveness of higher education institutions in the context of globalization. The research process used methods of analysis of scientific literature, comparative analysis, systematic approach and use of statistical data. To ensure effective management in higher education institutions, the introduction of modern management technologies, the use of information and communication technologies in making management decisions, increasing the professional potential of academic and administrative staff, and adapting the educational process to international standards were considered as important factors. The article also separately analyzed issues such as strategic planning, innovative management methods, digitalization of the educational process, introduction of quality management systems, and increasing the competitiveness of universities in international rankings in order to improve management efficiency in higher education institutions. According to the results of the study, it was substantiated that in the conditions of globalization, it is necessary to apply an integrated approach to improve management efficiency in higher education institutions, introduce modern management mechanisms, widely use innovative technologies in the educational process, and develop international cooperation. The results of this study will serve to further accelerate the processes of improving the management system of higher education institutions, improving the quality and efficiency of education, and integrating the national education system into the world educational space.
